Amla is enriched with high vitamin C content which is very important for overall health improvement. Most of the time, amla consumed in off season is glazed with sugar to preserve it. Our recipe is without sugar and maintaining the health benefits of amla.

  1. Take raw Amla, boil water and then add amla to it. Let it be in boiling water for 3-4 minutes
  2. Make spice mix.
  3. Now take the amla in a bowl. Add in the spice mix, salt and mix well with cold pressed mustard oil. And put it in sun for it sun-dry. Store this in sterilized dry jar.
