Most of the ingredients are grown in house at our farm in a small village in M.P - Village Paharapurwa, Rajnagar, District Chhatarpur. Our farms are in very low population density areas where there is no industrial activity; It is here that we grow our own fruits & vegetables along with most of the spices using organic farming practices. We also grow black and yellow sarson (mustard) and Til (sesame) to produce pure cold pressed cooking oil to make pickles. Apart from that limited ingredients that we cannot grow in M.P due to temperature restrictions are sourced through trusted suppliers and farmer networks who deal in natural products. We are farm to fork company where growing to processing to fulfillment is mostly done inhouse.

Yes, the ingredients used are chemical free as these are grown in our own farm using natural fertilizers like compost and manure. We claim to be preservative free and natural.

Most of our pickles have shelf life of 12 months except our season specials, which is usually 3-6 months. But please follow these storage instructions: Use a clean dry spoon and not a wet spoon, as the pickles are natural, without any preservatives and additives. Please keep the lid tightly closed when not being used. If you live in area that is humid would recommend refrigerating after opening.

Earlier, when our grandmother used to make pickles, they didn’t put any kind of additives or preservatives in the pickles for it to stay longer. The quality and the right proportion of the ingredients such oils, salt, and sun drying are the components for the pickle to last longer.

We only use cold pressed mustard oil or sesame oil which is grown and pressed in house at our farms. We use sugarcane vinegar instead of synthetic vinegar. We only use pink salt instead of white salt. We use jaggery and desi khand. All the vegetables and fruits are grown in house at are farms in M.P.

We only use desi khand and jaggery not white sugar.

Pickles are packed in a glass jars as glass preserves the originally intended aroma of the pickles. Also pickles in the glass jar, receives protection against oxygen and moisture and is unreactive to the acids and oils present in the fermented pickles.

We currently use bubble wrap to keep the glass jars safe but our working on moving to a sustainable option to pack the pickle glass jars by APRIL 2023

Customers can Prepay for their order using UPI, Credit/ Debit card or can opt for Cash on Delivery.

Customers who are based within Delhi NCR, their order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days, rest will take 4 to 5 working days to deliver.

When customers are not around or not available at their given address we generally contact them and according to their availability at their address we deliver or reattempt the delivery.

We provide tracking details to the customers via WhatsApp and email to track their order.

Yes, one can request us for delivery on a particular day, and we align their order accordingly. Alternatively, you can order from Blink-it (Delhi NCR, Bombay, Bangalore) or Swiggy Instamart (Delhi and NCR) for 10–30-minute delivery.

Currently we don't have a store, but one can pick their order from our warehouse in Gurgaon if it is urgent. Please note we do not allow anyone inside our warehouse.

If a customer place an incorrect order, they can contact or drop an email to The Little Farm Co or call on 9650804006 for updating their order or for the correction in their order. The modification will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.

If a customer recieves damaged product, we provide them the replacement of the damaged product once we receive the images of the damaged product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof at operations@thelittlefarm.co.in
